Actually your body is dehydrated. Even you sleep a lot, but our body still feel tired and want to sleep more its because we had hectic day and didnt drink a lot of waters. Its because we didnt drink a lot of water. Lack of vitamin in our body.
What to do?
Drink a lot of water around 2 bottles per day(minimum).
Eat a lot of fruits especially watermelon. Why watermelon? Because watermelon is juicy and help your body become fresh.
Take supplements which contains vitamin A, B, C, E or multivitamins.
Eat a lot of vegetables.
